Questions people ask
Is it really done in 3 days?
For orders of 5 pieces or fewer, yes. The 3 day clock starts after you approve your proof and payment is received. Bigger orders and custom design work take longer, and your quote gives you a firm completion date up front.
Do you do embroidery?
Yes. Hats, polos, jackets, uniforms and more. Send your logo and we will tell you how it stitches best, including size and thread colors.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for most items. One custom piece is fine. Bulk orders get better pricing per piece.
What if I don't have a design?
Describe your idea and upload anything that inspires you. We can clean up a rough sketch or design from scratch.
What files work best?
Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) or high resolution PNGs with a transparent background. Phone photos work too, we will tell you if the quality is too low to print well.
Can I bring my own items?
Often yes, especially for engraving. Mention it in your description and we will confirm the material works on our machines.
Will I see it before you print?
Always. You get a digital mockup with placement and sizing, and nothing is produced until you approve it.
How do I pay?
Once you approve your proof, we send an invoice. Production starts when payment is received.
