Who owns the website and domain?
You do. Your domain, hosting and code live in accounts in your name. If you ever leave, you keep everything.
Why is a care plan needed?
Sites need security fixes, backups and small changes, and things outside your site change too, like email and domain settings. A plan means someone is responsible for keeping it working. You can cancel with 30 days notice after the first 3 months.
What does hosting cost?
It depends on what your site needs, and we tell you before you commit. It is billed to you directly by the hosting company, with no markup from us.
How long does it take?
About 2 weeks for a Launch Site and 3 to 4 weeks for a Growth Site, counted from when we have your content: logo, photos and text, or the add-ons that cover them.
What if I need changes after launch?
Edits are included in every care plan up to its monthly hours. Bigger additions are quoted before any work starts.
Can you work with my existing GoDaddy or Wix site?
Yes. We move your domain over without touching your email, and we can bring your existing content with us.
